What to do
Locked out
Your key-box code keeps working until 11:00 plus 2 hours on the day you leave. Enter it slowly.
If the box still won’t open, call us — we come over or send someone with a key. The apartment door takes the physical key from the box, so there is nothing electronic to reset.
No power
Look out of the window first. Is the whole building dark, or only the apartment?
Only us: check the fuse box — ask us where it is if you can’t find it. Either way, call us.
Whole street out? That is the grid. EVN Varna: 0700 1 0010.
No hot water
The tank needs time after a few long showers. The water-heater page shows what to check. If that doesn’t help, call us.
Water leak
Close the tap or the valve if you can see one. Put a towel down. Then call us immediately — don’t wait until morning.
If you can’t reach us, ВиК Варна — the water utility — runs an emergency line: 052 692 222.
No internet
The password and the first things to try are on the Wi-Fi page.
Air conditioning not working
The air-conditioning page covers the remote and the usual fixes. Still nothing? Call us.
Fire, or a smell of burning
Leave the apartment. Close the door behind you. Call 112 from outside, then call us. Don’t go back in.
Feeling unwell
Call 112 for anything serious. For a pharmacy or a doctor, use the map links below or ask us — we can help with the language and with getting you there, but we can’t give medical advice.

Leaving the building
Get everyone out
Close the apartment door behind you. Don’t stop for luggage.
Take the stairs, never the lift
You are on floor 1, so it is one flight down.
Get well clear of the building
Wait outside, away from the entrance and out of the road. Count your group.
Call 112, then call us

Don’t go back inside
Wait until the fire service says the building is safe.
