How the rate is counted
- Prices are per night for up to 6 guests; guests 7–8 pay €15/night each, up to 8 in total.
- Direct price = platform price −12%. That is the whole pitch — the commission simply is not there.
- Stays of 7 nights or more get 10% off the nightly rate. Public holidays carry a 2 nights minimum.
- Every price on this page is in euro and already includes the 9% VAT charged on accommodation — nothing is added on top at the end.
Also charged
Cleaning — €50 per stay
One flat fee per booking: linen, towels, surface cleaning and restock.
Refundable deposit — €150
Held against damage and released after the check-out inspection.
Pet fee — €30 per stay, only if you bring one
On request and with our approval beforehand: up to 2 small or medium pets with prior approval; large dogs on request.
City tourist tax
Charged per person per night at the rate set by Varna Municipality, and shown to you before you pay.

How payment works
Send us your dates and group size; we confirm availability within the hour and send a secure card-payment link or bank details. We do not accept cash.

If your plans change
One ladder, published in advance. It applies to bookings made directly with us.

The refundable deposit of €150 is returned in full whenever a booking is cancelled. Bookings made through a platform follow that platform’s own policy, not this one. Full terms are on the terms page.
