Levski — a quiet residential neighbourhood in the Primorski district, on the north side of Varna.
The building is on ul. Dr. Anastasia Zhelezkova 21, set back from the coast in a lived-in residential neighbourhood rather than a resort strip — which is why the evenings are quiet. The Sea Garden and the beaches are a straightforward walk from here, and the city centre is within reach on foot or a short drive.
