We are genuinely glad you are here. Drop your bags, open a balcony door and treat the place as your own — it was furnished for people who actually stay, not for photographs. If something is missing or not working, message us: we answer within 1 hour during waking hours (09:00–22:00). We would far rather fix it while you are still in the apartment than read about it afterwards.

Your keys

Self check-in, no one to wait for. A key box on the wall at the building entrance holds the entrance fob and the apartment key.

Open the key box at the building entrance
It is mounted on the wall. Type in the 9-digit code we sent you, then confirm.
Take out the fob and the key
The box holds one building entrance fob and one apartment key.
Hold the fob to the reader on the building door
That is the main entrance downstairs. The fob does not open the apartment.
Unlock the apartment with the key
The apartment door takes an ordinary physical key — turn, push, and you are home.
Put that first set straight back in the box
Then use the spare set for the rest of your stay. A second fob and key are kept inside the apartment, at the place your host shows you.

Your code

9 digits, generated for your stay alone. Use it for the first time within 24 hours of your 15:00 check-in — if you will land later than that, tell us and we will issue a fresh one.

It keeps working until 2 hours after check-out, so on your last morning there is still time to put the keys back.

Couriers and deliveries

The building intercom does not work — please go down to the entrance to meet couriers and food deliveries.

Worth knowing before you order dinner — the driver has no way to ring you from downstairs.

The apartment

3 bedrooms, a living room open to the kitchen, a bathroom and a separate WC, a laundry room and 3 balconies.

3 bedrooms

Each one has a queen bed, its own air conditioning and a TV. Two more people can sleep on the 110 × 213 cm sofa bed in the living room.

Bathroom and separate WC

One bathroom with a shower and a sink, plus a separate WC with its own sink. Two rooms rather than one, which is what saves a full house on a beach morning.

Laundry room

The washing machine has a room of its own, so wet swimwear never ends up in the bathroom. How to run it.

3 balconies

Two face the quiet inner courtyard, and the shared balcony of bedrooms 2 and 3 faces the street. Morning coffee on the courtyard side is the quiet one.

Left out for you

Bed linen on every bed, and two large plus two small towels for each guest. Shower gel, shampoo and soap are in the bathroom.

In the kitchen we leave coffee, tea, salt, oil and basic spices. Use what you need — on a longer stay, topping up what you finish is much appreciated.

The agreement

House rules

Short list, and nearly all of it is about the neighbours and the guests who come after you.

Quiet hours 22:00–08:00
Families live above and below you. Keep music, television and balcony conversation low between those hours.
Smoking on the terraces only
Allowed on the terraces only, strictly no smoking indoors. Smoking inside is charged €150 for deep cleaning.
Pets by prior arrangement
We allow up to two small or medium pets with prior approval, and large dogs on request — €30 per stay. A pet we were not told about is charged €150.
Up to 8 people overnight
Children count towards that number, and everyone staying the night has to be on the booking.
No parties
This is a family building, not an event space. Gatherings that run loud or spill into the corridor end the stay.
Balconies stay clear
Nothing balanced on the railings — no towels, glasses or ashtrays — and please keep children within arm's reach out there.

Rubbish and recycling

General waste

Bag it, tie it, and take it down to the containers on the street near the entrance. If a bag is full on your last morning, please carry it down rather than leaving it in the apartment.

Recycling

Recycling containers are nearby — typically yellow for plastic and metal, blue for paper and green for glass. We have not re-checked exactly where they stand, so ask us if you can’t find them.

Check-out is by 11:00. A short list keeps the last hour painless, and a later departure can sometimes be arranged — ask us and we will check the calendar.
