A TESY electric water heater serves the whole apartment. Leave it switched on — there is nothing for you to set.
How it works
Leave it switched on
The heater is on when you arrive and should stay on for your whole stay. Switching it off only means a cold shower for whoever gets there next.
One tank, everyone shares it
Every tap and the shower draw from the same heater. With up to 8 guests, back-to-back showers will empty it faster than it can reheat.
Sharing the hot water
A little spacing keeps everyone in hot showers.
Leave a gap between showers
After a long shower the tank needs time to heat the water that replaced it. Let it catch up before the next person goes in.
Spread the morning out
If the whole group showers one after another, the last person gets what is left. Mornings and evenings both work — just not all at once.
No hot water?
Is the water heater switched on?
Please do not open the fuse box or look for switches yourself — message us and we will tell you exactly what to check.
Give the tank time
If someone has just had a long shower, the heater is refilling and reheating. It comes back on its own.

Still cold after a wait? Tell us and we will check it. Please do not open the panel or touch the wiring yourself.
Safety
Leave the wiring alone
Please do not open the heater, touch its wiring, or change anything in the electrical panel. If something looks wrong, switch nothing and message us — we answer within 1 hour during waking hours (09:00–22:00).
